Comment ..very thought provoking and if implemented by masses, would result is positive outcomes for many ailments one tends to suffer from especially males.... also women too would benefit largely from walking. In fact it has been proved also that walking burns more calories then running. its safe and does not cause much body injury as running does.. unless you are a professional runner and walking is not your forte...
