In A Vacuum 

Thoughts raging in my head,
Like the fires in the bush,
I sit down with a pen to record,
On a blank white sheet of paper,
Yet my hand fails to move an inch,
To register in black on the white space,
Yet nothing comes out of my mind,
My mind rages with a thousand ideas,
But why am I unable to write one,
Deep in me rages a fire of thoughts,
Yet I stare blankly into a vacuum,
What's happening to me I know not?
Every day I think so much,
Yet when it fails to convey my thoughts,
Why does my mind not register?
Why do I have to stare into a vacuum?
