Rajesh Talwar

Rajesh Talwar is mainly a writer but also a lawyer by profession. He has published articles on legal and other issues for various international and national newspapers and magazines and has also authored several books. In non-fiction 'Making Your Own Will' (Vision Books, 1992) was followed by 'The Judiciary on Trial' (Cosmos, 1995), 'How to Choose Your Lawyer' (Vision Books, 1998), 'The Divorce Handbook' (Vision Books, 1999), 'The Third Sex and Human Rights' (Gyan Books, 1999), and 'The Laws of E-Business in India' (Vision Books, 2001). In fiction he has written a collection of children's stories published under the title 'The Three Greens' (Orient Longman Ltd; 2004) which can be viewed at www.orientlongman.com. He has also written plays. 'Inside Gayland' (Gyan Books, 2000) was followed by 'Two Plays: Conquest at Noon and A Most Unsuitable Girl' (Kalpaz Publications; 2003). In 2005 he was attached as a playwright to the Blue Elephant Theatre in London preparatory to the staging of 'A Most Unsuitable Girl' at the theatre.
