Prof Bhawsar, attracting garbage is the trade-mark of many political parties, not only BJP as you have rightly pointed out. Highly cultured PV Narasimah Rao was alleged to have paid to buy some of this stuff too. Many garbages willingly fall into the baskets of bigger parties; it is happening time to time in highly respected Manmohan Singh cabinet, too.
