RS:- AEBE Clear
CVS:- S1S2 normal
CNS:- conscious , oriented

Genital examination:- Normal
Per rectal :- mild tenderness over prostate.

Investigations:-
Complete blood count :- Normal
BSF :- 98mg/ dl
Urine:- pus cell 3-5 PHF, and spermatozoa seen

Treatment

Patient treatment started with tab hetrazan 100 mg TDS, With a course of antibiotics, and deworming by albendazole 400 mg state. He has been treated on this line of treatment for 3 wks , pt got no relief at all.

Considering Ayurvedic samprapti the symptoms correlated with shukrameha. Now patient started on Daruharidradi kashay wich contains daruharidra, agnimanth, triphala, patha in equal proportion. Ref ch.chi.6/28.

With starting of Daruharidradi kashay patient got total relief with in 7 day of treatment. And on follow up of 3 mnth , he was completely asymptomatic.

Probable mode of action:

All the drug present in the kashay are kapha hara, by there rasa they works as a pachana, this leads to aampachana and kledshoshana.

For more precise mode of action further work needed.
