Sir Mortimer Wheeler, the great British Geologist went to an eating house in New York, which claimed that they could provide you with any preparation on this earth, just you name it (Continental, Indian, English, American, Chinese etc.), and if they failed to do so, they would pay 100 Dollars to the person who ordered it.

Knowing this he wanted to show down the American pride.

So Sir Wheeler ordered as the waiter approached, "Get me Giraffe Neck sandwiches"

Sometime later the waiter returned with a 100 Dollar note on a plate.

Waiter, "No Sir, we have run out of bread".
