Let us not disrespect or neglect the rights of those who suffer because of misfortune in life. Even the worthless dirt as it seems has the power to produce vegetables, fill fruit trees and plants with blossoms and make the beautiful flowers bloom.
May God help us to see that power is in those individuals who seem worthless in society.

Prebiotics and Probiotics
Prebiotics are non-digestible fibers that serve as a food source for good bacteria (called probiotics) in the gut. Examples: oats, bran, suji and dalia.
Probiotics as a set of functional foods which have living bacteria that are beneficial for the human being. They are mainly found in fermented dairy products like Curd.
Pectin and the above-mentioned products have been shown to relieve constipation and lower blood cholesterol. Ripe papaya contains pectin and vitamins A and C.
Interestingly, probiotics are beneficial for relieving depression and disorders like migraine. Further evaluation of their ststus is under study.
