The Picture

Workshop # 2

Do you see your brother in me,
Though we are miles apart
In land and mind.
We are bound by spirit and grace
Pride upon our face.
Sitting by an oxen cart,
With little child close to the heart.
How can time erase such love,
We hold in our hearts.
Take heed to life for it is short,
Share the spirit by taking part.
With your fellow man,
That is all that's needed in history.
