Why do men and women often mistake killing(death) and revenge as justice ?

I dont have answer to it but we need to move out of it, That is the one of the reason why law doesnt give the viticm, the right to decide what type of punishment accused should get. It only hear their view and if any disagreement you can appel.

Just imagine if law gives that right, The firing squard we need should be more than Indian army, and we would have behaved worst then actual criminals.

I know I will not be popular for writing this, but for a moment lets keep aside our emotions, and think if the guy was not involved in it it but actually framed by police ?

Where we all will go and hide ? Then we accuse police but we forget how we influenced them too.

Are we victim of Indian media report ? we started taking side of media immediately and spread it in socia media like a wild fire before a fair trial was given....

We so much advocate to justice but fail to understand hearing accused view is fundamental and principle of any natural justice system.

Hence it worries me lot that we are moving towards as confused and chaotic society,

One of the reason is that we are so much inspired by bolloywood movie so that we started think in real life justice need to be delivered fast...but we forget that two and half hour movie was taken for 6 to 12 months...hence we also need to give decent time for system to work....

Decent time is just opposite to how our system work currently.

Happines for someone death is the death of humanity....He may be crude but I am not.
