Dawn to dawn, dusk to dusk,
life is a perennial husk.

Here frequent successes are short lived
and permanent ones are hard to come by

Where challenges are frequently served
and solutions depend on grit and toil

Where change is the only constant
and adaptation is the measure of robustness

Where time is of essence
and advance planning is the key

Where 'Fast' is the enabler
and 'How Fast' is what it matters

Yet we explore this husk
and unearth what lies beneath
in search of the mystery called 'Life'
and in the process learn the lessons that matter
lessons that we pass on to other lives in succession
