9 lakh crore for Ahmedabad Bombay Bullet train is unwarranted. Sadananda Gauda's priorities should have been different and as follows: Speed of All Shatabdi Express first should have been made to 160 km per hour; then speed of all Rajdhani trains should be made 160 per hour. Next Duronto's speed should be raised. Next, speed of all exoress trains should be raised. Number of trains on routes used by migratory labour should be raised. Next all old bridges should be modernised on BOT model. All stations, small or big should be modernised in the PPP model. Quality of passenger trains should be raised first and subsequently tariff should be raised. I am sure in the next ten years, the vision of Narendra Modi's Government will result in trbling of train fares.
