Every happiness can be got
on the other side of the river,
one may aver. But only some know
sweetness can be squeezed out
of sugarcane by a mechanical process.
There is pleasure in living,
if proper rythm is maintained
in daily chores and accepting
that nothing is meaningless
and every happening and routine
have a meaning, not immediately evident.
