Theme: Daughter

A Princess

Mom, I wanna be a princess.
But that won't ever happen dear,
You are born to pauper parents.
Mom, do you believe in miracles?
Yes dear, but definitely not
In the poor to royalty kind
Prayer too has its limitations.

Mom, God's grace wasn't on my mind
I think you and Dad could manage.
Just treat me kind, like your princess
It hurts me when you distinguish
Between me and my younger brother.
He is definitely your prince
If only I could feel the same....

Comment These days people have begun to forget difference between a girl and a boy.Thinking process has changed due to education. They spend money on both's bring up and education. So you need not to afraid.People think equel about them except a small
numbers of it.No one can remove their physical differences but one may behave with them equally in every field of life.In our Rajasthan, they say,"Shikshit
laraki roshni ghar ki".In my neighborhood a goldsmith has eight daughters and after it he has a
son.The parents have this view that all the girls have
born with their fate.We receive as earning due to their fate. They are happy family. The little girls come to play at our house frewuently with my grand daughter.I didn't see any difference of behave with
their son and daughtets. It depends on thinking.
