The obstinate person, who is he?
The Indian communist
Even when the whole world has changed
He refuses to change and sticks to his adamant arguments
Was a fan of the Soviet Union and China
And was paying glowing tributes to them in preference to India.
Disintegrated as Communist, Marxist, Marxist-Leninist and Naxalite
To bring proletariat revolution
Causes lawlessness in the name of naxalism
And murders innocent citizens and hence despised by everyone.
Causes destruction and havoc in the name of ideology
Attacks inhumanly and causes genocide
Though Germany, the birth place of Marx
Has despised communism
And the cradle of communist revolutions
The Soviet Union rejected socialism
And east European countries turned their face against it
Indian communist still is enamored of communism
When in Tinaman Square Chinese tanks ran over protesting Students,
he applauds the action
And in Russia when the army refused to crush its citizens’ Resistance,
he rebukes it
When communist dictators deny fundamental rights to their citizens
and rule them with an iron fist, suppress and kill the Pro-democracy protestors,
he commends and sides dictators
And says it is all for protection of ideology
He welcomes and expresses joy
When displaced communists try to topple democratic governments
He doesn’t care even if citizens are massacred
It is enough for him if Ideology is intact
When one says “The Vedas contain everything”
He is traditionalist
When one says Stalinism is most holy
He is Indian Communist
Even when many communist nations rejected communism
And the whole world has awakened to the reality
Indian communist prefers to sleep to the truth
The freedom and liberty enjoyed by citizens
And breathing independence
Is not liked and everyone must be
Imprisoned in the cage of ideology
Whether religion is an opium
And ideological madness
Is still fanatic and fundamental
No one knows;
The Indian Marxist
Then saying capitalism is welcome
Imitating Deng Xio Ping’s brand
Now changes;
To say "China erred in ideology"
In embracing capitalism;
Is an eighth wonder and never
Can be original and independent
