The lesson I learnt, still I remember
Struggled to raise in a large number
In the names of family and friends
Clueless of the future and its trends
Great were those patterns and varieties
All those succumbed to the improprieties
Of the teacher waves which digested them all
And thought to live amid calamities, downfall
On the life’s shores of all those hectic castles made
God bestowed, lesson of the tides came to my aid
When an opportunity to go to its other end was laid
It reminded me that they were just masters of trade
After a year’s stay and all our sincere efforts
Kneading the knowledge with non-native cult
Produced a satisfactory result to earn a vacation
Eager and ready to reach my mother’s location
