An Ordinary Flower

An ordinary flower Has the power To open my eyes To what lies Beyond my view - An artist who Does Her duty And bestows beauty So ethereal and sublime, It's almost a crime Not to stop and view, For a moment or two, A divine work of art Which serenades my heart.
