Look Maa,
There goes the Dwarf,
Said the excited child,
She makes me look tall.
The dwarf smiled,
And replied,
Walking on her spindly legs,
Look, my child although tall,
You are the real dwarf.
Why? Asked the child,
In her lilting voice.
Simply because,
Said the smiling Dwarf,
Those who do not
Fit into your image,
You dub them as the different one,
And declare them
As the other guy;
Some are poor, Some rich;
Some fair, Some dark;
Some as Us, Some as Theirs.
In our simple world,
On the other hand,
Everybody is born small,
And a creation
Of a loving God
Who does not believe in size,
Colour, creed,
But creates
All the creatures
As His divine parts.
When He, The Lord,
Does not compare,
Label and divide,
How can you and I?
