A Romantic Stroll

Early spring in the evening air,
The colourful kites fill the twilight sky,
A flock of birds are homing,
The changing colours of clouds and waves,
The songfulness of children fills the ears,
The balloons are flying off the wallah's stand,
The romantic feel of cooling waves,
The grandness of pink candyfloss in ballooned bags,
As she and I are strolling,
Hand in hand,
On the sands of Marina beach.
