Freedom of Expression

Every citizen has right
To freedom of expression
It should not be curtailed
Or denied to any citizen
By a person, organization or state.

But a citizen too must realize
That the freedom comes
Not without self-discipline
Not without responsibility
And responsibilities are lawful
As also ethical and moral.

While speaking or writing
We should bear in mind
And must take care
We are not hurting
Or violating sensitivities
Of individuals or groups
We are not abusive
Or inciting people
Against any nationality or race
Against their faith or beliefs.
