Hypocrisy, Thy Name is America

A land of opportunes,
But a highly opportunistic land,
A heaven for materials and comforts,
And blinded to materialistic concepts

You always preach of peace,
But you still embrace the gun mafia,
You talk of human rights,
For blacks, the downtown is still the site

You abuse and attack others of WMD's,
But you use them time and again,
The only "distinguished' country,
With distinction of using nuclear bombs

You say you fight terrorism,
But at large you aided and created them,
You fathered the United Nations,
But floundered its many resolutions.

You flaunt as a super power,
But often got a broken nose,
But you still, keep poking your nose,
Across the world in ample dose
