Theme: Indifference

Deserter

None but ever liberal sun
Memorizes those episodes
Like temper of magh,
Dwelt in the village ear-lobes
Like hairy green kidney beans.

Then monsoon withers away
Forever...wrongly timed sun
Though scorching but they
Know art of paleo-lavation,
Recovers the perma-scripture
From frost-rocks implanted
Deep down the Sahara sand:
Love was expelled once indefensibly.

Still the rootless passion is
Chaste somewhere as
fragrance of incense.
Those insignificants together with
mummy of Solomon
are filched by stray dogs.
Real sun’s in desertion
Only Polaris eyes of Nefertiti
Are vigil forever.
