Forever Longing

Longed forever during life
For your companionship
To spend days and years
And every passing moment with you.

Longed forever during life
For the scent of your hair
For the touch of your skin
For the feel of your breath
To share smiles and tears with you.

Longed forever during life
To have you by my side
In the twilight hours of life
Lying in your cozy arms
To take the last breath with you.

I wish the saying is true
When you long for someone
Someone too may have feelings
Only the difference remaining
If someone misses you as much
As you really miss one.
