in his previous budgets.
The framework was created by the leftists
during United Progressive Alliances'
outside support
in their first tenure.
They made sure that Government gives attention
to social and educational upliftment.
All this has paved the way
for a Prime Minister from down South.
When East's turn will come
God only knows,
for the East will languish
at least another quarter of a century.
I salute Palaniappan,
for you have come a long way,
now a much mellowed man,
fit to become Prime Minister of this country.
I salute Nitish Kumar too
for proving to be an honest politician,
and not just a politician seeking power.
