When two persons differ
on a subject of common interest,
they gather others
to their side.
You have two political groups.
They grow like two bubbles
and roll apart.
The groups share their spoils.
In the process, disaffection,
or special interests
spawn new groups.
All want larger share
of the pie, called Power.
It is then a game
of scoring a point
over others.
Principles take a back seat.
Snipe by snide remarks
and manage chunks
from others' vote banks!
It is then a game
of commotion
and a question of seizing power!
This is political democracy
in practice.
