A moment with you
Is all I get -
A moment with you
Which you can bet
Makes my day
Surprisingly sublime,
And for it I pray
Time after time.

A moment with you
Is beyond description;
A moment with you
Is the perfect prescription
For this soul of mine -
Our hearts meet
And our eyes align -
How romantic and sweet!

A moment with you
Makes life worthwhile;
A moment with you,
When your divine smile
Puts a song in my heart,
Which I replay all day
So we aren't apart,
Come what may.
