In your deafening silence
If I only read your indifference.

In your three monkeys’ stand
If I see nothing is right in this land.
Demons stand strong with many arms;
They leave us cheated and looted.
Durgashakti is our hidden conscience,
Awakens against the evil deep-rooted,
Still awaits many courageous hands.
Our palms cannot hold slipping sand!

For saying that freedom only flutters in flags;
