Though plenty
you have imparted
Language - Skills - Transcoding
All valuable, vision enhancing
for us and our pupils
But
still something is unsaid
We crave to learn
Your eyes' heavenly
glint and grace
That brimming mercy
and the blessings
Teach us
this enthralling smile
your amicable
approach and style
As many deprived,
Disheartened and desperate
sitting on the broken floors
awaiting salvage...!
Sometimes teachers do not pay attention on miner problems of students. Thy are busy to cover up prescribed syllabus of related board or university. It is not true that they aren't familiar with required basic facilities for the students. They are helpless in front of management or Govt.rules or insufficient fund or local restrictions. They can't do anything about it even though they want to solve the problem. Mertaroad is a place in Rajasthan where I am working.Ninety two students sit in a room which has capacity of fifty students. There isn't any ventilators in some of rooms. The result is,the students are suffered from suffocation and bath with sweat even using of fans. There isn't any urinals for girls,They go to their homes for this at the time of interval. The building is of Railways and is given on rent for Senior Secondary school for 99 years lease before Independence. Officials and railway deptt.are informed so many times.Railway don't allow to repair or construction work.Every year school budget is lapsed in this matter. The Surpanch doesn't take action to allot ground due to some political reasons. So problem is ,as it is.Sometimes there is a lack of teaching staff. You are lucky that you have a nice Mam for teaching. In Rajasthan the condition of schools is not quite satisfactory.I think, you will not complain against your helpless problems and study properly Thank you for writing poem in this matter.Thank you very much. gro
