Mood Swings

Swayed by mood swings
Sometimes low,
Lowest other times
Extremely uncontrolled
I often stoop
To even more helplessness
Feeling so restless
Unnecessarily,
Frustrated, shattered...
Nose-diving
Into suffocating potholes
Of instant dismal despair
Groping in the dark
For soul-searching steps
To overcome those mood swings
