Foot in the mouth, let us try and avoid,
To keep reputation of blemishes devoid.
Let’s think before we speak,
And our words, let us tweak.
Economy of words to be ever employed.
Avoid temptation for fatty food,
Which for our health is never good.
Friends, good health
Is the best wealth,
And exercise, we always should.
A healthy mind, body and soul,
Should be our life’s prime goal
To ward off any risk,
And to remain brisk.
This keeps life always on a roll.
