My Role Model

My role model, the incomparable lady, To help everyone she was always ready, To care unconditionally for every being, She would always minimize their suffering! All the time smiling with pouring grace, With an elegant, lively, charming face, She conquered all hearts with her love, She was an angel sent by God from above! Being the best daughter, mother, aunt or wife, She touched with warmth everybody’s life, Exceptionally friendly, jovial and so kind, She showed light to all who’ve been blind! She was the comfort of every wounded soul, She was like a flowing river, a joyous carol, She was a lady with dignity, poise and class, To be better human beings, she’ll inspire us! Though she has left for her heavenly abode, We must always follow the path she trod, Caring for mankind, helping people... Let us heal the world with her love’s ripple! (dedicated to my beloved Aunt, my role model, an extraordinary woman, who suddenly left us for her heavenly abode on 26th July, 2014)
