Peace of Mind

Observe your mind
And you'll find
It isn't easy to catch,
And you're no match.

It seeks fun,
And likes to run,
But it also jumps
When there're bumps.

Horsing around,
It can astound
You with its thinking,
With who it's linking.

It isn't easy to tame
But play the game
And make it your goal
To bring it under control.

Your worries will cease;
Your BP will decrease;
Just watch from behind
And find peace of mind.
