This Moment of Time

This moment of time
Is a moment sublime
Because I'm with you,
Relishing your view.

I focus on now,
And you somehow
Make me forget
The past I regret.

I quietly savor
This divine favor -
Being with you
Is a dream come true.

I look into your eyes
And see our ties -
We have a bond,
Here and beyond.

Time stands still;
I have my fill
Of your grace;
Our souls embrace.
