All these your herds of light
The sun and the numberless stars -
From where do you graze them
In the endless sky
From where do you play your flute!
Grasses are sprouting on the earth
Leaves on the branches of the tree
Flocking in fruits and flowers
They also graze in the light.
Raising dusts
They go far out in the morning
At dusk
Playing your twilight tunes
You bring them back to your fold.
All my hopes and desires
Always wander to and fro
O you cowboy of my life
Will you call them back in the evening?
