Walk along a beach - Leave the world behind; It'll heal your mind And about life it'll teach. Feel the sand Under your feet; It relaxes your heartbeat But makes no demand. Feel the breeze blowing And the waves lapping, As if they were clapping; Joy they're bestowing. The music they're producing Has a rhythm and rhyme, Soothing and sublime - Surely seducing. Walk for a while And take all of it in, Deep into your skin; You'll start to smile.
