In the silence of night when dim was the light; Something tripped me A divine feeling gripped me "Do not waste time"; like a star you have to shine', These words were whispered by someone in my ear I wondered who was the one for me who did care! Then I realized it was my conscience, my own soul which was prompting me to achieve my goal. It knew that I was bold & for great achievements I would mould. This faith in myself worked wonders it stopped me from committing blunders- Somewhere down the line I knew I had to do something, After all I'm not here on this earth to waste time; Just dance, play, sing and listen to grape-wine It's said- Only strong can face the strong To right even the grievous wrong Same way, being dark itself the night, dispelled the darkness to give me light.
That was the time I promised to change myself, & found that Parents, Teachers and Friends were ever ready to help. I changed & found failures to be stepping stone to success. Found sorrows compared to joys to be less- Wonderful was that night, which forever turned my life bright-!
