High in some branch she flutters, As the wind passes by her shoulders Where they travel? She wonders And regrets for being tied with no pleasure.
One day the wind blew straight As she wondered why it was late Breaking away from her branch she flew Leaving her home as the wind blew
To a new destiny she thought she moved Where peace and joy shall be homed Every minute she had a new dream And her eyes filled with a gleam.
Flying away from her past, She was heading where? She thought Heavenly view encircled her tiny existence With yet another desire growing in its presence
As the wind swiveled around, She followed it to the ground In an other world she would land Where no sorrow shall be found.
Now the wind began to slow With it she lost her flow Loosing her strength as she fell, To the ground traveled her yell.
Lifting her head with traces of wind left, She looked around hoping for the best Seeing that she was only steps away her tree All her dreams shattered and broke free.
