Oh, that familiar
Feeling of going
To bed....
Not having anything
Or anyone to dread
Thinking of books
That have been read
Recalling all what has been
Done and said....
Winding up for the day
In my duvet-clad bed
What more to say
After dinner, feeling
Sleepy, now that my
Tummy has been fed
Also, it's been a tiring
Day, so it feels like being
Half-dead ;-)
Hence, time to snuggle into
Some cosy pillows with my
Poetic head :)
Need to rest and relax now,
Lest I start seeing red ;-)
