Thoughts

Coming and going,

Thoughts keep flowing,

But they won't stay

If I don't pay

Them any attention,

I must mention;

If I dwell,

Then they swell

And breed more,

Making me sore,

So mind control

Becomes my goal

And I don't wait -

I meditate.
