A Heaven On Earth

A heaven on earth -
Yes, a heaven on earth
In the Rockies I found
As I looked around.

The mountain scenery,
The breath-giving greenery,
Were truly amazing -
I kept gazing.

The mountains I saw
Left me in awe;
There were glaciers, too,
To enhance my view.

Waterfalls were calling,
And they were enthralling;
The music they were making
Soothed legs that were aching.

I saw a lot
But I also thought
Of The Artist who
Stays beyond view.
