Though there are some other Universities by the sea (like in Brighton, Kent, Aberdeen, Southampton, Cardiff, Sussex, etc), but I prefer Essex as it is the warmest and driest county in the UK.
Essex University has 3 campuses - Colchester, Loughton and Southend-on-Sea.
