His heart was full of love
Towards all human beings
Himself, he was true avatar of god
He taught the world at large
That human race is one.
He, the Father of the Nation.
He worked and set examples,
So that oppression could go.
His love, piety and kindness,
Conquered the hearts of people.
Without any wealth and kingdom,
He was the King of one and all.
He, the father of the nation was brave and fearless.
His life inspires me, his work urges me,
To do something for my nation.
I always wish,
That I could be like him.
