Queen of Hearts

Her carefree laugh
Her naughty eyes
My heart flutters
The poet stutters

That unblemished innocence
That selfless care
That heart so pure
Yet strong to endure

Surrounded by chaos
I find peace around her
With a storm inside
A mess on the outside

She is my queen
She is my charm
The light of my life
The smile of my face

So many I saw
But none like her
They were all the same
Only she keeps me sane

Only she could love a man like me
Only she could love like this, only SHE!
