Pegasus is here!
My loyal steed has returned to me
To carry me into immortality;
Where the black rose blooms and angels sing
Their joy at the end of my misery.
To a land of shades where music plays
And animals roam throughout their days
Free from fear and any pain;
Safe in this sanctuary, in God’s domain.
Here, the children laugh and play their games
And muses light their poetic flames.
Here, my lost love stands awaiting me;
As I ride my friend into eternity. |
