Can Live Without You

While I was floating

In your deep ocean eyes,

Lost in ecstasy,

Entwined

In the soft waves

Of your body,

Lips were wet

In your winey dreams,

So much deep,

A fear of without you

Drowned me every day.

So to your

Occasional drifting words,

I did all to adorn them

To my comfort.

In the darkness

When I am flung

On to a hard shore,

Left numb….

Find my growing roots

Seep in through the pebbles

Of hued emotions

To my lost words

And my poetry

Stretches arms

To breathe

From the morning sun

Oh yes! I can still live

And without you.
