This is how we reach the horizon
where the darkness meets.
It's immaterial, what the wayfarer asked for
We float out in outer space
from the centre of the earth.
The glow of crimson sun at the day's end
Diminishes slowly on your forehead
and its waves on your chest
Then
Tearing the endless night,
Wiped-off moments return
In sudden flash of light
To burn off into smoke,
Maybe with you
to immerse in the ocean of time
So many delusions stored here
and Imperishable pull -
Lights travel in galaxy
Like a song of endless life.
We, turning in an orbit
Wake up in a new dawn.
The flow of you and me
may merge somewhere
or it may not,
simply keeping us apart
Unknown of each other
Once broken, the cells come together
to blossom again in a sunflower
setting its eye to the sun
And the day passes by
to a late afternoon,
When we open the door
to a lit-up candle
to know,
This body is nothing but dust,
Tied up in an endless time
for us to walk through.... |
