(wrote this while thinking about the tenancy renewals of our BTL properties, if I don't remind the estate agents in time, they'll continue the tenancies with monthly rolling contracts whereas we prefer having long-term, fixed-term ASTs but they are always ever so busy with so many clients that I need to send them timely reminders about various pending actions lest they miss out on our properties or end up mismanaging them)
