Flashback

On a cool summer evening
I sit relaxed among the trees
And recollect moments of my life
That have swiftly passed me by.
The early days so rare -
Recollections of hilarious fares
And the colours -
All inspired by youth.
Now I sit old and relaxed
With only memories to claim
And images flickering
In and out of my brain.
