For few days, some darkness from our lives will abstain
As ‘Festival of Lights’ is upon us again
Galvanizing minds with a celebratory mood
While Covid and its negative impact stand queued
Fleetingly dwelling upon the near past, anticipation binds us all
No more shall spiritual darkness, amongst us, be allowed to stand tall
For it's time to rejuvenate our mind and harvest our strengths
Let us be energized by the festival's emerging wavelengths
That this ‘Deepawali’ will brighten our creative powers
