We feel we convey through words
But not actually,
Eyes - they speak a lot.
They show happiness, sadness
Anger, disgust and indifference
Kindness, hatred and dignity
Affection, concern
Intelligence, idiocy
Approval, rejection
Honesty, deceit
Greed, cruelty
Love, lust
Agreement, disagreement
Truth, bluff
Fear, valor
And a lot more!
Eyes are windows of mind,
One’s thoughts and emotions
But to see and fathom them
We need a lot of Intelligence
Observation and Practice.
Alas, many times our minds are not trained
Neither to control our expressions nor to comprehend others!
