Of the self in a form
Unadulterated by realities
And unrestricted by pretences
It is the pouring of the heart
Into a garland of words
Mirroring the innermost thoughts
Echoing the deepest feelings
A piece of poetry is the depiction
Of the self in a form
Closest to the heart
Painting the emotions of the soul
In a language spelt by love
It is a piece of heart of the poet
Which has no decipherable beginning
And no tangible end
Yet holds in it's confines
A whole world of meaning
And a gamut of emotions.
